Thank you for your interest in submitting to the Brown Undergraduate Law Review! We are looking for submissions with a suggested length of between 2,000 and 10,000 words to be published in the Review's Spring 2026 edition. However, submissions of ALL lengths will be considered. Papers may be interdisciplinary but must primarily focus on the interpretation and/or implementation of law. Papers produced for past classes, internships, jobs, and/or independent projects are all acceptable.

Attached is a Style Guide for authors to review.

Because the Brown Undergraduate Law Review is an undergraduate publication, all submitters must be current undergraduates or recent graduates submitting work they completed as an undergraduate.

Our paper selection process is completely blind. To that end, please anonymize your paper in the file itself (i.e. remove any mention of your first or last name in the document). Thank you!
